Owner of his TV-Radio-Web Productions, Communications-Media Relations & Websites company in Quebec City, DOUBLELIGHT PRODUCTIONS, Daniel MORNEAU is the Director of Communications-Media Relations of the Consulate & he’s also in charge of delivering the visas.
He has the same role as Director of Comm-Media Relations for the Forum des entrepreneurs du Québec, CADE Groupe Conseil and Barakatt Harvey Law Firm. He is managing many Websites such as the one for the Consulate, and also has numerous clients from the private sector.
He holds an Honors Degree in Diplomacy-International Studies-Political & Economic Sciences from Bilingual Glendon University College and York University in Toronto and diplomas in Communications-TV-Radio-Print Journalism from Limoilou College & CART in Quebec City. Over more than 15 years, he worked as a TV-Radio Journalist-Producer for SRC-RDI/Réseau Télémédia/TVO, in Ontario and in Alberta, TVA-TQS in Quebec, and for All-News Radio Info 690 in Montreal. His experience and dynamism provide him great tools to promote the Consulate on many fields: dmorneau@togoquebec.ca

Pierre LESSARD, Head of Protocol & Security at the Consulate
Head of Protocol and Security in many political, diplomatic and protocol events, Pierre LESSARD is often seen around State Presidents, Prime Ministers, Ministers, Diplomates, Consuls and dignitaries. With his team, he’s in charge of Protocol Security during events of the Consulate.

Professional Judicial Assistant at the BARAKATT HARVEY, S.E.N.C.R.L., Law Firm, Annie GAUVIN is taking over additional and important responsabilities as Administrative Executive at the Consulate.
