Togo Minister of Foreign Affairs & Cooperation
Elliott OHIN is State Minister, in charge of Foreign Affairs & Cooperation in Togo since May 28, 2010.
Mr. OHIN did his studies in Togo and his university in France. He earns a degree in engineering from Université de Bordeaux and a master degree in computers from Université Paris IX.
He also completed his master degree from Sullivan University in Louisville (Kentucky, USA).
Before becoming Minister, he worked for many years at Speedway SuperAmerica; an american oil company group for which he was in charge of recruting and maintaining team management performing standards.
Elliott OHIN is a member of UFC (opposition). Another sign of openess from the President and the government to manage and expand the country on the right direction.
Minister & Senior Adviser to the President for Diplomatic and Cooperation Issues
Togo Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration since 2008, Koffi ESAW is now Minister & Senior Adviser to the President for Diplomatic and Cooperation Issues.
A Career Diplomat, he was Togo Ambassador in Ethiopia and for the African Union (UA) from 2004 to 2008, before taking the role of Foreign Affairs Minister replacing Léopold GNININVI.
He was based in China and in Zimbabwe before taking the functions of Chief of Staff for the Minister of Foreign Affairs during 12 years.
He is really well respected among his peers within the government and by International Officials.
Assigned specifically by the President, Koffi ESAW is in charge to promote abroad all the Togo diplomatic main issues alongside actual Foreign Affairs Minister, Elliot OHIN.
