Komi Gratias GLIGBE (center) was supported by members of the Togolese Communities in Canada & in Quebec City
Along the Togolese Commununities in Canada & in Quebec, the Consulate expressed its deepest condolences and paid tribute to a Togolese woman during a funeral ceremony on March 31 in Quebec City. Félicia Éya YADOR died in Togo early March of health complications. She was the mother Komi Gratias GLIGBE , a Togolese living in Quebec City and an Officer within the Canadian Military Forces.
