Consul Me HARVEY was proud to attend and support the celebration of the Benin Association of Quebec City on Saturday, May 5th. He congratulated the Benin community for that interesting party in a beautiful loundge bar in upper town. Many Africans from other communities attended and brought their support to the celebration.
