Better harmonization for expansion of economic projects in Africa

March 24th, 2012

Me Stéphane HARVEY before the Club OHADA Canada

Consul Me Stéphane HARVEY overviewed the main headlines of the Economic Mission in Togo in 2013, during a conference of Club OHADA Canada (Organisation pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires), on Thursday, March 22 in Montreal.

Before some Ambassadors, professors & professionals from the university, diplomatic and governmental circles,  the Consul pinpointed some projects of its economic mission to emphasize on the harmonization of Law procedures in Africa.

According to him and leaders of Club OHADA,  uniformity & stability within African regulations  in tune with international norms, will reassure and secure investors such as those from Quebec and Canada to do business in Africa and even to open up offices on the black continent, which is still booming on the economic levels.
