Togo Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr.Robert DUSSEY

Robert DUSSEY, former professor at Lomé University and at l’Ena, Diplomatic Adviser to the President Faure Gnassingbé, author of many interesting books on Africa, is now Minister of Foreign Affairs since September 2013.

Specialist on many issues related to Foreign Affairs, on Europe, and especially on Germany, Robert DUSSEY is also really knowledgful on Crisis Management while working at Sant’Egidio, a super institution on mediation (conflicts, wars, etc.), well-known for its art of negociation.

Elliott OHIN, Togo Minister of Administration’s Modernisation & former Foreign Affairs & Cooperation

Elliott OHIN is Minister of Administration’s Modernisation and former State Minister, in charge of Foreign Affairs & Cooperation in Togo from 2010 to 2013.

Mr. OHIN did  his studies in Togo and his university in France. He earns a degree in engineering from Université de Bordeaux and a master degree  in computers from Université Paris IX.

He also completed his master degree from Sullivan University in Louisville (Kentucky, USA).

Before becoming Minister, he worked for many years at Speedway SuperAmerica; an american oil company group for which he was in charge of recruting and maintaining team management performing standards.

Elliott OHIN is a member of UFC (opposition). Another sign of openess from the President and the government to manage and expand the country on the right direction.


Minister of Justice, former Minister of Foreign Affairs & Senior Adviser to the President for Diplomatic and Cooperation Issues

Koffi ESAW; Minister of Justice and former Minister of Foreign Affairs & Senior Adviser to the President for Diplomatic and Cooperation Issues

Togo Minister of Justice & Relations with the Republic’s Instituions, Koffi ESAW is former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration from 2008 to 2010. He was also Minister & Senior Adviser to the President for Diplomatic and Cooperation Issues from 2010 to 2013.

A Career Diplomat, he was Togo Ambassador in Ethiopia and for the African Union (UA) from 2004 to 2008, before taking the role of Foreign Affairs Minister replacing Léopold GNININVI.

He was based in China and in Zimbabwe before taking the functions of Chief of Staff for the Minister of Foreign Affairs during 12 years.

He is really well respected among his peers within the government and by International Officials.
